- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons zesty italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 spread cream cheese into bottom of 9-in pie plate.
- 2 mix tomatos and dressing and spoon over cream cheese.
- 3 top with parmesan cheese and basil.
- 4 serve with crackers of your choice or fresh vegetables.
