Ingredients
- 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
Recipe
- 1 put yogurt in a colander lined with a double layer cheesecloth or coffee filters.
- 2 place over a deep bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- 3 this will make a yogurt"cheese".
- 4 discard the liquid that drains.
- 5 in a small bowl, whip the cream.
- 6 fold in the yogurt cheese and sugar.
