Ingredients
- 1 nutrigrain eggo waffle
- 12 fresh raspberries
- 9 fresh blueberries
- 1 slice kiwi
- 1/3 of an 8 ounce block cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 cut and wash fresh fruit.
- 2 mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
- 3 toast the waffle.
- 4 spread the cream cheese mixture on toasted waffle.
- 5 add fresh fruit.
- 6 serve.
