Tuna-topped Chopped Salad To-go

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vinaigrette (greek style, low fat)
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/3 cup drained canned solid tuna packed in water, flaked
  • 4 tablespoons low fat crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sliced black olives

Recipe

  • 1 put dressing in the bottom of a resealable salad sized container.
  • 2 place remaining ingredients on top.
  • 3 when ready to eat shake container to coat salad with dressing.
